Boz takes an unusual approach to the life and times of Dickens. The characters he created help him sort out his life. So when he plans on becoming an actor, some of his characters talk him round; they convince him to try writing novels. After all, if he doesn’t, they’re done for. Boz is a great show for a company using kids and adults or for a talented troupe of teens.

Georgina Hogarth (Aunt Georgy) was a younger sister of Catherine Dickens the wife of the famous novelist Charles Dickens. Georgina lived with her sister and brother-in-law for many years, cared for their children, ran their house and was with the great man when he died.
