Orders
You must be 18 years of age or more to buy from this website.
Orders from this website must be paid for via PayPal using the PayPal secure payments system. If you wish to pay by cheque or pro-forma invoice (schools only) please order using our printed order form instead.
All prices quoted are exclusive of postage and packing which will be charged at the rate shown during the checkout process. You have the opportunity to revise your order at any time until the confirmation step in the checkout process. Note we are not VAT registered.
Unless previous arranged with us all goods must be paid for in full and cheques cleared prior to goods being despatched. Please allow up to 7 days for your cheque to clear.
All orders will be despatched within 28 days of the date of the order being received by us. Orders will be sent by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery as appropriate. All orders will require signing for on delvery. Orders may be sent in multiple packages on different dates depending on stock availability.
Although we try to depict items accurately on the website some script and score cover colours may vary from those shown either as a result of monitor colour variations or due to covers being reprinted in new colours. The content inside will be as advertised on the website.
In the event of an item being out of stock or discontinued a full refund will be made. No substitute item will be sent.
Returns Policy
All purchases from Fox Plays UK & Europe are covered by the UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
If you change your mind you may return any item in good condition within seven working days of receipt of the item complete with all labelling and packaging for a full refund of the cost of the item.
You must notify us of your intention to return any item within seven working days of receipt of the item. Cancelled orders must be returned to us in good condition complete with all seals labelling and packaging within two weeks for a full refund of the cost of the item. Postage must be paid by the sender on returning cancelled orders.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be made within 30 days of the written notification of cancellation being received by us. Postage costs are not refundable. Any postage costs incurred due to returning items unless they are damaged or faulty are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for items lost in the post in either direction unless the relevant postage insurances have been purchased.
Damaged or Defective Items
Items despatched will be securely packed and labelled and sent by Recorded Delivery. The customer will be notified of the tracking number via email or telephone on request.
Any consignment received in a damaged condition should be notified to us within three days of receipt and the original damaged packaging retained for a possible claim against the carrier.
Items damaged in transit should be returned to us for immediate replacement along with the damaged packaging. Postage incurred in such returns will be reimbursed to the customer on receipt of proof of date and cost of posting. Such reimbursement will be made within 30 days of the return being received by us.
Defective CDs must be returned to us within 7 days in the padded bag provided with the replacement CD. If a defective CD is not returned to us you will be invoiced for the replacement as if it were a new order.

All personal data is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your privacy is important to us and we do not store any information about you other than that which is needed to complete your order. We do not receive or store your financial data when you pay using PayPal. We do not sell on or share otherwise your details to any third party.
You may delete your account from the website at any time. If you have difficulty in accessing your account please contact us for help using the email address you registered with.
