To MAKE A RECORDING of a show you must complete and forward a Video Licence Application Form to us before you record your show.

TERMS OF THE VIDEO LICENCE
The Fox Plays UK & Europe video licence permits one recording to be made of a performance. The resulting video tape or DVD may only be used for internal training / review purposes or for sale within the production's company i.e. to cast and crew.

Recordings made under our Video Licence must not be advertised or sold to the general public.

One copy of each recording created must be deposited free of charge with Fox Plays UK & Europe within 28 days of the production's last performance.

N.B. If you are wanting to make recordings of your production for sale you must contact us to agree terms to do so prior to making any  arrangements or advertising such recordings. Any breach of this condition will result in legal proceedings being instigated.
